We require 72 hours notice for a cancellation - "no shows", cancellations, or changes to the dates of your stay made within 72 hours of arrival time will be charged for the first night.

If you pay for various nights at once at the full price and then leave early, you will be refunded for the nights that you do not stay provided we have sufficient notification (as above).

We sometimes offer a reduced price if you pay at check-in for seven nights or more; in this case you are not entitled to any refund if you leave early.

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hostel's property or structure.

If this is not paid before check-out, we reserve the right to charge this to your credit card.

We may also have to charge for the hostel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent rooms whilst the damage is being repaired.

As with "Damages" above, in the case of staining the hostel's property or leaving the room excessively dirty, you may be charged an extra cleaning charge depending on the cost of cleaning the item.

Room keys that are lost or not returned at the time of check-out will be subject to a lost key fee of $5 for a dormitory key and $10 for a private room key.

We have a car park for guest usage, which is watched 24 hours a day.

However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of property that occurs.

As it is for guest usage and there are a limited number of spaces, we ask that you remove your vehicle within eight (8) hours of check-out. If you do not comply, we reserve the right to remove the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Check-out time is at 11am.

Any extension to the check-out time, either pre-arranged or as a late departure, may incur a charge upon departure or your room/bed may be cleared for another paying guest.

Carries a fine of $100 per used fire extinguisher.

It is the hostel's policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour.

Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hostel manager, the hostel reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the hostel (in which case no monies paid would be refunded).

Depending on the severity of the guest's actions, the Police may become involved at the hostel's discretion.

In accordance with the law of Costa Rica, it is prohibited to enter the hostel's property with heavy drugs for personal use, sale, storage or gifts.

You may not enter the hostel's property with weapons of any description.

Se requiere al menos 72 horas para notificar la cancelacion - "no shows", cancelaciones, o cambios del dia de llegada o estancia deben ser al menos con 72 horas del arrivo de la primera noche o sera cargado a cuenta una noche completa.

Si paga por adelantado por varios dias y luego decide irse antes de finalizar el plazo pagado, se le devolvera el importe correspondiente a las noches que no usara siempre respetando la politica del punto anterior.

En arreglos especiales por estancias prolongadas ofrecemos algun tipo de descuento (pueden ser de una semana o mas) en ese caso no devolvemos el importe si decide irse antes de terminar el plazo estipulado.

Nos reservamos el derecho de cargar al huesped los costos totales, de los arreglos que sean necesarios, por los daņos causados por actos deliberados, negligentes o imprudentes a la propiedad o la estructura del Hostel.

Si no paga los daņos antes del chek-out, nos reservamos el derecho de cargarlo a la tarjeta de credito del responsable.

Tambien, podremos cargar los costos del perjuicio ocacionado al Hostel por la inhabilitacion de la habitacion o habitaciones que los daņos causaren hasta ser reparados.

Al igual que los daņos antes descritos, en el caso de estar o dejar el hostel excesivamente sucio, le seran cargados a la cuenta del/los responsables el servicio de limpieza extra cuyo costo varia dependiendo el item a limpiar.

Si las llaves no son retornadas en el check-out o pierden las mismas, el huesped sera sujeto al "cargo por perdida de llave" cuyo costo es de 5 (cinco) dolares americanos en el caso de dormitorios y a 10 (diez) dolares americanos en el caso de cuartos privados.

Poseemos un estacionamiento que puede ser usado por los huespedes que es monitoreado 24 horas al dia.

De todas maneras, el Hostel no es responsable por cualquier daņo o robo de pertenencias personales en el caso que ocurrieran.

Ya que tenemos un numero limitado de espacios para ser usados, sera tiempo de toleracia maxima de 8 horas despues del check out, para que el huesped recoja su vehiculo, caso contrario sera removido por una grua siendo los cargos absovidos por el cliente.

La salida o Check-out es a las 11am.

Cualquier salida tardia, si no es arreglada antes con la recepcion, podria incurrir en un cargo automatico de otra noche o podria ser automaticamente cedido el lugar a cualquier otra persona.

Tiene un cargo de 100 (cien) dolares americanos por cada extintor mal usado.

Es por politica del Hostel que todos los huespedes tienen el derecho de ser tratados con dignidad y respeto. Por que creemos en eso, tenemos la obligacion de proteger a todos de conductas inapropiadas.

Cualquier accion inapropiada de/los huespedes a criterio de la gerencia del Hostel, el mismo se reserva el derecho de expulsar o expulsarlos del establecimiento sin ningun tipo de derecho a reclamar dinero alguno en concepto de devolucion.

Dependiendo la severidad de la accion del huesped, la Policia podria ser invitada a tomar conocimiento de la situacion.

De acuerdo con la ley de Costa Rica, es prohibido ingresar al Perimetro del Hostel con drogas ilegales sean para uso personal, venta, guarda o regalos.

Tampoco esta permitido el ingreso al hostel de cualquier tipo de Armas (sean de fuego o blancas).

Bajo ninguna circunstancia se permitira el ingreso al Hostel con prostitutas, o menores de edad (18 aņos) quienes no demuestren ningun tipo de lazo familiar.
